I can't wait for the weekend challenge. And to answer your question, I usually take rest days (one or two a week) but the workout schedule I posted just so happened to run my rest days the Sat. and Sunday before and after the schedule I posted. =)

I couldn't live without my rest days... my body wouldn't forgive me!
