For the New Me.
I have a feeling I'm going to LOVE 2012!
Eating
- This time around I am focused on Eating more than exercise because, as they say, Diet is 70% of weight-loss!
- Calorie counting. 1300 net calories (so if I eat more, I
canwill exercise to make up for it) - No alcohol at home -only out (which is usually only once every other week)
- Make sensible choices, limiting cheese and other high-cal food
- STOP EATING when I am full!
- No eating kids leftovers, and no seconds!
- Be strict with myself.
Here's the no-excuses, non-negotiable schedule:
- Monday - Walk, Toning DVD
- Tuesday - Bike Ride, aerobic dvd
- Wednesday - 90min run
- Thursday - Walk, Toning DVD
- Friday - Yoga
- Saturday - 90-130min run
- Sunday - Kangaroo Point 1hr Circuit
- Exercise at least 5 times a week
- Run 3 times a week for 10-15km
- (I'm training for a half marathon)
- Morning Yoga or stretching
- Walk or bike to school with kids as much as possible
Mind
- Blog and FB to keep myself accountable
- Pray often
- Seek God's Word daily
- Meditate daily
- Be dedicated!
Simple, common sense, and achievable.
