INC...Girl, I'm gonna say and hope you hear me. INCREASE YOUR CALS!!! I'm not trying to sabotage you but with workouts as intense as those, you have to be eating more. <br /><br />Over the last three weeks my workouts have intensified greatly (new program) and with that I increased my calories. Went from a normal 1200-1300 to 1400-1600 and you know what... I'm still losing weight.
